我们深知隐私的重要性，并承诺透明说明本 App 如何收集、使用、存储与保护您的数据。
摄像头画面：用于实时识别深蹲动作并自动计数。画面仅在设备本地处理，不会上传、保存或分享，处理完成后即被丢弃。
训练记录：包括训练次数、时长、动作深度、平均节奏等，默认仅保存在您的设备上，用于展示统计与成就。
身体数据：若您在设置中填写体重，仅保存在本设备，用于估算卡路里消耗，不会上传。
iCloud 数据：若您开启 iCloud 同步，训练记录会同步到您自己的 iCloud 私有空间，用于多设备间恢复与共享。
购买与订阅信息：若您购买订阅或买断版，支付由 Apple App Store 处理，我们仅获取您已购买的方案状态，不接触支付信息。
Apple 健康数据：仅当您开启写入时，才将训练时长与卡路里写入 Apple 健康；仅写入，不回读您的历史数据。
所有数据仅用于向您提供训练计数、统计、成就与记录展示等功能，并据此改善 App 体验。我们不会将您的数据用于广告或用户画像分析。
我们不会向任何第三方出售、出租或共享您的数据。数据同步仅在您明确开启时发生，并通过 Apple iCloud 的私有空间进行，我们无法访问您的同步数据。
若法律法规或有权机关要求，我们可能依法披露必要信息，但会严格遵循适用法律并尽量缩小披露范围。
训练记录与设置默认仅存储在本设备，受 iOS 系统与设备安全机制保护。开启同步后，iCloud 数据由 Apple 云服务的安全机制保护。
摄像头画面经本地处理后被即时丢弃，不落盘，您无需担心训练画面的留存问题。
您可随时在 App 内删除单条或全部训练记录；删除后本设备上的记录即被移除，已同步到 iCloud 的记录也会随之移除。
写入 Apple 健康的数据由系统健康 App 管理，您可随时在健康 App 中查看或删除。
订阅与购买记录由 Apple App Store 管理，您可在「设置 > 你的姓名 > 订阅」中查看或取消订阅。
您可通过系统设置随时管理摄像头权限、Apple 健康读写权限，也可在 App 设置中开启或关闭 iCloud 同步、语音播报、音效、骨架显示等功能。
本 App 未创建账户系统，因此无需、也不支持在 App 内注销账号；如需清除全部本地数据，可删除全部训练记录或卸载本 App。
本 App 面向一般健身用户，不针对未满 13 周岁的儿童提供服务，也不会刻意收集儿童的个人信息。
若本政策发生实质性变更，我们会通过此页面展示最新版本，并保持本页内容与实际功能一致。

Camera frames: used only to recognize and count your squats in real time. Frames are processed on-device, never uploaded, saved or shared, and are discarded once processed.
Workout records: including reps, duration, depth, average tempo and more. By default they are stored only on your device and used to show stats and achievements.
Body data: if you enter your weight in Settings, it is stored only on this device and used to estimate calories; it is never uploaded.
iCloud data: if you enable iCloud sync, workout records sync to your own private iCloud space for restoration and sharing across devices.
Purchase and subscription info: payments are processed by Apple App Store. We only learn your purchased plan status and never touch payment information.
Apple Health data: only when you enable writing do we record duration and calories to Apple Health — write-only, never reading back your history.
All data is used solely to provide counting, stats, achievements and history, and to improve the app. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with any third party. Sync happens only if you enable it and goes through your own private iCloud space, which we cannot access.
If disclosure is required by law or a competent authority, we may disclose necessary information in accordance with applicable law, keeping the scope as limited as possible.
Workout records and settings are stored on this device by default, protected by iOS and device security. If sync is enabled, iCloud data is protected by Apple's cloud security.
Camera frames are discarded immediately after local processing and never written to disk, so there is nothing to worry about retaining.
You can delete individual or all workout records anytime; removing them also removes synced copies from iCloud.
Data written to Apple Health is managed by the Health app, where you can review or delete it at any time.
Subscription and purchase records are managed by the Apple App Store; you can view or cancel subscriptions under Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions.
You can manage camera permissions and Apple Health read/write settings via system Settings, and enable or disable iCloud sync, voice announcements, sound effects, and skeleton display in the app.
This app has no account system, so in-app account deletion is neither required nor supported. To clear all local data, delete all records or uninstall the app.
This app is for general fitness users and is not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
If this policy changes materially, we will display the latest version on this page and keep it consistent with the app's actual behavior.
